•Last year, GM’s 6,500 square foot social media command center was constructed at GM headquarters in Detroit, MI as part of this strategy, housing lead global strategists, as well as more than 20 social media customer care advisors who support our dealers and customers 7 days a week, 16 hours a day in online communities like Facebook, Twitter and Automotive Enthusiast Forums.
